Privacy Policy

This policy covers attitudeintegritymindset.com and the AIM and Softly AIM apps. They are run by Kinno Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). AIM and Softly AIM are brands of Kinno Ventures LLC.
What we collect
- Daily line and waitlists. Your email address, and your first name if you give it, when you sign up for a free daily line or a waitlist.
- App accounts. Your email address, which app you use, and a sign in code we email you. We keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of the code and of your sign in token. If you say yes to sharing, we keep the answers and survey you choose to send. Saying no later erases them.
- Promo codes and the Hardship Pass. A scrambled (hashed) copy of your phone number, to keep each offer to one per person, plus anything you choose to write in the optional note and any pay what you can amount.
- AI helper. The messages you send it, to answer you. We keep counts of use, not your conversations, beyond what is needed to answer.
- AIM Candidate of the Week Award nominations. Your name and email, the name and phone or email of the person you nominate, the category, and what you write about them. We use what you send only to run the award, check eligibility and contact the person you nominated if they're chosen. To keep the award fair, we compare the details in a nomination (emails, phone numbers, names and the scrambled internet address) with earlier nominations to spot people nominating themselves; a person, not a machine, decides. Nominations are shared only with the AIM judges. Email us to delete a nomination and we will within 30 days; nominations not chosen are deleted 12 months after their week.
- Spam protection. A scrambled (hashed) version of your internet (IP) address, so we can limit repeat sign ups and spam. We do not keep the address itself.
Where it is kept
Our website and database run on Cloudflare. Our email runs on Microsoft 365, so sign up notices and nominations reach us as email. These companies host the data for us and may not use it for anything else.
What we never do
We never sell your information, we never use it for advertising, and we never share it with anyone outside our company, except the companies that host our website, database and email (only so they can provide that service), or when the law requires it or someone's safety is at risk. We never show a nomination to the person who was nominated.
Emails and texts
Every daily email has a one click unsubscribe link. Daily texts, when they start, will stop when you reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
You can ask to see, fix or delete what we have about you. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. App users can also delete their account inside the app, which removes it and everything tied to it.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, and we do not use advertising trackers. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals differently, because there is nothing for them to turn off.
Children
The AIM site and apps are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will also tell members by email.
