Award Terms

AIM Candidate of the Week Award

  1. Sponsor. Kinno Ventures LLC, which runs AIM (attitudeintegritymindset.com).
  2. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not help anyone win. Nominating is free.
  3. Who can be nominated. Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Employees of the sponsor and their households are not eligible.
  4. How to nominate. Use the form at attitudeintegritymindset.com/candidate.html. Nominations must come from someone else. You can't nominate yourself. You must have the person's OK to be contacted. One nomination per nominator per person per week.
  5. Weeks. Each week runs Monday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM, Eastern Time.
  6. Categories. Two categories, judged separately: Men's (AIM) and Women's (Softly AIM). Categories are by biological sex. (Lawyer review: category rule.)
  7. Judging. Winners are selected by the AIM judges at the sole discretion of Kinno Ventures LLC. All decisions are final. One winner may be picked in each category each week, and in some weeks no winner may be picked in a category.
  8. Prize. Each winner gets a free AIM lifetime membership. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and it is the winner's to keep. AIM Candidate of the Week winners get a free lifetime membership, and it's theirs to keep. Because the AI helper and the daily text service cost the company every month, those two features may be limited, paused, or unavailable for winners at times, depending on demand and the company's resources. Everything else in the membership stays included. We'll always try to give notice first.
  9. How winners are told. Josh contacts each winner personally, using the contact given in the nomination, with a one time code to claim the membership.
  10. Privacy. Nominations are private. Winners are not named publicly unless they say yes.
  11. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.
  12. Changes. The sponsor may change or end the program with notice on this page. Memberships already won stay in place.
